Prepare Your Package
Place the unused Fix It Sticks tools in their original packaging, ensuring all bits and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
